Millie Sialer founded Hispanic Digital Media to help brands, institutions, and communities build stronger connections with Hispanic and multicultural audiences. Her work brings together cultural insight, strategic partnerships, digital fluency, and live experiences that feel grounded in the communities they are meant to serve.
As a Peruvian-born leader based in New York, Millie approaches every engagement with lived cultural context and practical market understanding. She helps partners move beyond transactional outreach toward campaigns, alliances, and experiences that create trust, visibility, and lasting impact.
